[MBIX-News] MRNet connects to MBIX

This post lags actual turn-up badly, but MRNet is now connected.

It connects many educational networks to MBIX, including the universities
and schools, via MERLIN.

MRNet is connected at 1Gbps currently, and is peering with the route
servers on IPv4 and IPv6.
