[MBIX-News] Swift High Speed connects to MBIX

Swift High Speed[1] a wireless ISP in south-eastern Manitoba, has connected
to MBIX. This is the result of much work over the past months in network
upgrades and expansion.

They've connected their router at 1 Gbps to the core switch, and set up BGP
on IPv4 to both route servers.  IPv6 isn't happening yet, but is planned
for the future.

IP addressing details are available on the peers[2] page, as usual.
