[MBIX-News] AS112 IPv6 upgrade

Small announcement about our AS112 node:

It's been upgraded to have IPv6 support as described in RFC 7534.

AS112 was formerly an IPv4-only service, and the internet community has
updated the effort to support IPv6.  Any services that will operate into
the future need IPv6 support, so this is timely.
